From setup to a useful message

Connect first. Configure with care.

Connecting a provider is the first step. Choose what to send and check the result before expanding your workflow.

  1. 01

    Choose your project

Open Integration in your Wydely workspace. Select the provider and complete the connection steps with the account owner.

  2. 02

    Prepare the response

Review supported events, customer permission and message requirements. Configure the approved template or supported flow for the update.

  3. 03

    Review the outcome

Use the provider’s testing options, then inspect order or payment activity. Check skipped or failed updates before enabling more messages.

The four provider integrations are in Beta. Confirm access and the supported workflow for your project before making it part of day-to-day operations.

  • A selected Wydely project and the right team permissions.
  • The store or merchant account access required by the provider.
