The selected template, required values and customer eligibility determine whether it can send.

  3. 03Review the result in Wydely

See order records and message outcomes, including skipped updates that need attention.

Example workflow. WooCommerce is in beta; connection and automation availability depend on your project setup.
Your WooCommerce workspace

Set up, send and understand each update.

Connection, Automations, Orders and Activity give your team a clear place to manage the integration.

Choose your message

Use an approved utility template, map values such as customer name and order total, preview the message and enable each automation when ready.

Keep order context close

Review customers, items, payment methods, totals and order statuses. Import historical orders into the workspace without sending old notifications.

See what needs attention

Check connection and import status. Review message outcomes, missing phone numbers and skipped updates in Activity before taking the next step.

Five supported automations

Messages that follow the order.

Enable the updates that fit your customer journey. Each follows a specific event or status recorded by your WooCommerce store.

01

Order confirmation

Acknowledge a new order and share its reference, items and total using the values you select.

02

Payment received

Confirm a recorded online payment. Cash on delivery orders do not trigger this payment message.

03

Order completed

Tell the customer when your store marks the order completed. This status does not verify delivery.

04

Order cancelled

Notify the customer when their order changes to cancelled, with a clear route to ask for help.

05

Order failed

Keep the customer informed when the store records a failed order and help them continue the conversation.

Explore integrations
Which WooCommerce messages can I configure?

The beta connection supports five order updates: order confirmation, payment received, order completed, order cancelled and order failed. Choose an approved utility template and confirm customer permission before enabling each automation.

Does it include abandoned-cart recovery or shipping tracking?

No. This connection covers order updates. Shipping tracking and abandoned-cart reminders are not included. Ask us to review your store workflow if you need either capability.

Does an order marked completed mean it was delivered?

No. The completed message follows the status recorded in WooCommerce. It does not verify carrier delivery. Payment received also requires a recorded payment and does not send for cash on delivery orders.

Will connecting or importing old orders send customer messages?

No. Connecting does not switch on automations. Historical imports update your order list without sending messages. Configure and enable each automation for eligible new events.

Who can connect the store and manage messages?

The Wydely account owner manages the store connection. Team members need the relevant project Settings access, and editing automations or importing orders requires settings edit permission. Connection and automation availability depend on your project setup.
