Which Shopify workflows can I configure?

The integration includes order confirmation, payment confirmation, order updates, cancellations, shipping updates, delivery progress and abandoned checkout recovery. Each workflow needs the relevant store access, data and template setup; ask us to demonstrate the ones you need.

How does abandoned checkout recovery work?

The configuration supports one reminder after 30 minutes of inactivity and cancellation when an order completes. It requires confirmed marketing permission and a compatible approved Marketing template. Tracking begins when enabled; older checkouts are not imported.

Does connecting a store activate every message?

No. Configure each workflow, confirm its template and field mappings, and test its outcomes. Valid customer numbers, consent, account readiness and message credits still matter.
