Refund Policy

This Refund Policy for Shravyom Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") applies to the purchase and use of Wydely, our WhatsApp CRM, automation, chatbot, marketing, customer support, and business communication platform.

This policy is designed to be fair and reasonable, ensuring that customers feel secure in their transactions with Wydely, while also protecting Shravyom Technologies LLP from potential misuse of the refund process.

1. Trial Period

Wydely may offer a free trial, demo access, limited free plan, or trial credits to new users so they can explore the platform before purchasing a paid plan.

During the trial period, users can evaluate Wydely's features, including WhatsApp CRM, customer conversations, automation, chatbot flows, broadcasts, integrations, and other available tools.

Since users are not charged during a free trial, no refund is applicable for the trial period.

2. Subscription Services

After the trial period, if a user subscribes to any paid Wydely plan, the subscription fee is generally non-refundable.

The free trial, demo, or limited free access is provided so users can review the product and decide whether they want to continue with a paid subscription.

Once a user purchases or activates a paid Wydely plan, they are not eligible for a refund except in special cases mentioned in this policy.

Users may cancel their subscription to avoid being charged in the next billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and charges are non-refundable:

  • Wydely subscription plan fees
  • WhatsApp conversation charges or messaging credits
  • Broadcast, campaign, or automation usage charges
  • Add-ons or premium feature charges
  • Third-party integration charges
  • Meta, WhatsApp Business API, or BSP-related charges
  • One-time setup fees
  • Custom chatbot development charges
  • Custom automation or workflow setup charges
  • Onboarding, consultation, or implementation fees
  • Any paid services already consumed, activated, delivered, or provisioned

These charges are non-refundable because costs may be incurred by Shravyom Technologies LLP, Meta, WhatsApp, payment gateways, cloud providers, or third-party service providers once the service is activated or used.

4. Technical Issues

If a user experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using Wydely effectively, the user must report the issue to our support team.

Our team will review and verify the issue. If the issue is confirmed and we are unable to provide a reasonable resolution within a reasonable time, a partial or full refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Shravyom Technologies LLP.

Refunds for technical issues will not apply in cases where the issue is caused by:

  • Incorrect setup by the user
  • Meta or WhatsApp policy restrictions
  • Rejected WhatsApp templates
  • Blocked or restricted WhatsApp Business accounts
  • User-side network, browser, device, or configuration issues
  • Third-party service downtime
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of applicable terms, laws, or policies

5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

If you believe there has been an unauthorized, duplicate, or fraudulent charge, you should contact us immediately at:

The request must include transaction details, payment proof, billing email, and a clear explanation of the issue.

If the claim is verified by our team or payment partner, Shravyom Technologies LLP may issue a full or partial refund as applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their Wydely subscription at any time.

Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to the paid plan until the end of the active billing period.

No refund will be provided for the remaining unused period of the subscription, except under special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation does not automatically delete the user's account, data, or business information. Users may separately request account or data deletion as per our Privacy Policy.

7. Plan Downgrades

If a user downgrades from a higher plan to a lower plan, the downgrade will usually apply from the next billing cycle.

No refund or credit will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle unless specifically approved by Shravyom Technologies LLP.

Some features, limits, automations, integrations, or usage capacities may be reduced after the downgrade.

8. WhatsApp, Meta, and Third-Party Charges

Wydely may depend on WhatsApp Business APIs, Meta services, BSP partners, cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, and other third-party services.

Any charges incurred through Meta, WhatsApp, BSPs, payment gateways, third-party apps, integrations, or external service providers are non-refundable once consumed, activated, or billed.

Shravyom Technologies LLP is not responsible for refunding charges that are imposed or retained by third-party platforms.

9. Refund Process

  • Registered business name
  • Registered email address
  • Phone number
  • Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • Date of payment
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting screenshots or documents

Refund requests will be reviewed by our team. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

10. Refund Approval Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to review refund requests within a practical timeframe after receiving all required information.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, or financial institution involved.

Shravyom Technologies LLP is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.
