Common questions
Choose the issue you’re working through.
Account & setup
Get the essentials ready.
What do I need before connecting WhatsApp?
Prepare access to your Meta business account, accurate business details and a number you can verify. If that number already uses WhatsApp, discuss its current setup before starting. Follow the getting started guide for the complete preparation checklist.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
The connection path depends on the number’s current setup and the options available to your account. Contact our team before changing, disconnecting or migrating an active number.
Will Wydely guarantee template or badge approval?
Meta decides eligibility and approval for templates and verification badges. Wydely can help you prepare, but approval and messaging limits are not guaranteed.
Where should I check the business and WhatsApp connection?
Use the web sidebar’s Your business selector when available, then open Home → WhatsApp setup. Review the current connection state and next available step. If setup is still connecting or needs attention, follow the status shown rather than repeating a send. See the account and project readiness guide.
Contacts & consent
Check the records behind the audience.
Where do I add or import contacts?
Open Contacts in the selected project. Use Add contact or Import CSV when available to your role. Review country-code phone numbers, names and attributes before using the records in a campaign. The visual setup guide shows the contact directory and template workspace.
Does adding a tag mean a contact has opted in?
No. Tags organize your audience; they do not establish permission to message someone. Review the contact’s recorded opt-in state and your consent records, and exclude contacts who opted out. Use your agreed test contacts for the first workflow.
Templates & delivery
Check the status before retrying.
Why is my template pending or rejected?
Check the template’s status and any reason shown for rejection. Review the category, language, content and sample values before editing or resubmitting. Explore the message templates guide for the workflow.
What should I check if a message is not delivered?
Start with the failed message. Read the status and error details, then check the recipient country code, template status, account restrictions, current sending limits and messaging balance. Investigate the cause before resending. If you need help, share the approximate send time and error text with our team.
Does a sent message mean the customer read it?
Sent, delivered and read are different statuses. Review the available campaign or conversation status for the message. A missing read status does not by itself explain why a customer has not replied.
Automation & WhatsApp Flows
Choose the right kind of customer journey.
What is the difference between an automation and a WhatsApp Flow?
Use Automations to connect messages, reply branches and actions such as teammate assignment. Use WhatsApp Flows to collect structured answers in a form inside the conversation. The first-workflow guide shows both real editors and explains when to use each.
Why is my WhatsApp Flow not ready to send?
Check its status and your current project permissions. A draft needs to be previewed and tested, then published before the supported sharing controls are available. Follow Build → Test → Share; publishing does not send the form to customers. Resolve validation errors and confirm the sending path available to your account.
Where do I review the answers after a customer submits a Flow?
Open Responses in the WhatsApp Flows workspace when available to your role. Review the submitted answers and decide who owns the follow-up. An appointment preference is a request; your business or connected scheduling system still needs to confirm availability.
Team & access
Give people the access they need.
How should I prepare team access?
Identify who needs to reply, manage campaigns and administer the account. Use individual team access and review the available permissions before inviting people. Explore the shared inbox guide and keep the account owner available for access changes.
What should I share when reporting an account issue?
Include your business name, the page or task affected, an approximate time and the error text. A screenshot can help if customer details are removed. Do not send passwords, OTPs or API keys. Review our security and data guidance.
Why is a page or action missing for a teammate?
Check the selected project, connection state, active plan and the teammate’s permissions with the account owner. Use Settings → Team & access to review the intended access. A menu appearing in a sample screenshot does not mean it is enabled for every account.
Plans & billing
Separate subscription from usage.
Why is my campaign cost different from the plan price?
Your subscription covers the selected Wydely plan. WhatsApp message usage is separate and depends on factors such as recipient country and message category. Applicable taxes or gateway charges can also affect the total. Review the pricing guide.
What should I include in a billing query?
Share your registered business name, billing email, transaction reference, date and the amount you need explained. Avoid sending payment passwords, full card details or OTPs. For cancellation and refund questions, read the terms and refund policy.
Make it work for your business
Still need a hand?
Include your business name, the affected page, what you expected, what happened and the approximate time. Remove customer data from screenshots and keep passwords, OTPs and API keys private.
