This Privacy Policy describes how Shravyom Technologies LLP collects, stores, uses, processes and shares information when you use Wydely and related services. By using Wydely you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide voluntarily, such as name, email, phone, business name, role, login credentials, billing address and company details, plus customer contact data and chat/campaign/CRM data you upload. You are responsible for having consent to upload and communicate with your customers.
2. Sensitive Information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you or your customers provide it. Please avoid uploading sensitive data without proper consent.
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe). We do not store full card, UPI or net-banking credentials on our servers.
4. Information Collected Automatically
Technical data such as IP address, browser/device type, OS, pages visited, usage and login activity, error and crash logs, and location inferred from IP — used for security, performance and fraud prevention.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, analyse usage and prevent abuse. You can control cookies in your browser, though some features may be affected.
6. Information from Third Parties
We may receive limited data from payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API providers, Meta integrations, CRMs, analytics and authentication providers such as Google login.
7. How We Use Information
To create and manage accounts, provide dashboard and WhatsApp features, send communications you configure, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.
8. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Data
When you connect a WhatsApp Business account we may process phone numbers, profile info, templates, messages, delivery/read status, replies, timestamps, webhook events and media. Your WhatsApp use is also subject to Meta's terms and policies.
9. When & With Whom We Share
We share information only where necessary — with cloud, payment, WhatsApp API, Meta, communication, analytics, security and professional-advisor providers, or authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
10. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. After closure or inactivity we may delete or anonymise data unless retention is legally required.
11. How We Keep Information Safe
We use reasonable measures such as access controls, encryption where applicable, HTTPS/TLS, role-based access and monitoring. No system is completely secure; keep your credentials safe.
12. Your Responsibilities as a Business User
Obtain customer consent, follow WhatsApp/Meta policies, avoid spam, keep data accurate, respect opt-outs, and use approved templates. Wydely acts as a processor for the customer data you manage.
13. Marketing Communications
We may send product updates and marketing messages. You can opt out anytime; we may still send essential service, billing and security notices.
14. Social Logins
If you log in via Google or another provider, we may receive basic profile info used only for authentication and account management.
15. Children's Privacy
Wydely is for business users and not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
16. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise your rights.
17. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in India or other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable data-protection laws.
18. Third-Party Links
Wydely may link to third-party services whose privacy practices we do not control. Please review their policies.
